Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, but the lack of supplies and excessive heat made it uncomfortable. The service was acceptable, but some staff members were rude. The location is great for exploring central Sarajevo, but the dining options need improvement.
The hotel has a picturesque location overlooking the main street below, with full and attentive service, but the dining experience fell short with overcooked cold food. The place is ideal for a city walk, with a welcoming atmosphere, but could use an improvement in the breakfast offerings.
The hotel has a great location, right in the heart of the city, but the rooms have a most unusual decor reminiscent of the 60s. The service was exceptional, with the most professional and helpful staff encountered during my travels. The dining experience was better suited for early morning travelers, as the food options were limited. The location is convenient and close to everything, though some renovations are needed. Despite the drawbacks, the hotel offers good value for money.
I stayed at the hotel and had a mixed experience. The room with a king-size bed was spacious but a bit overwhelming with too much furniture, making it challenging to move around comfortably. The waiters constantly present in the room made the stay less enjoyable. However, the location was excellent, nestled in a quiet area but close to the city center.
The hotel rooms are mostly amazing, but some were surprisingly unclean. The size is good, but the furniture is old, and the extra bed they charge for is not comfortable, shaking. Some rooms were hot like a sauna, housekeeping was not up to standard, hot water availability was a problem, and many staff members had attitude issues.
Although the room was classic in style and not modern, it was poorly furnished with bad quality beds and covers. Cleaning standards were lacking, and private parties obstructed entrance and exits without prior notice. On the bright side, the room was large, well-furnished, and offered a view of the main street below.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious with a lovely view of the bustling street below, and the furniture and linen were of good quality. However, the rooms felt stuffy due to the lack of air conditioning and limited ventilation, with outdated decor and wall-to-wall carpeting. The modern bathroom and shower were a plus, though.
